Yes — SETUP.md takes you through five copy-paste commands (~30 minutes): create a free Cloudflare account, create the database, paste two ids into the config, set your admin password, deploy. After that everything (services, hours, deposits, staff) is managed in a normal web dashboard. If you can follow a recipe, you can do this.
A single-business license: one salon, barbershop or independent professional (including their staff), forever. You may modify the code for your own business and keep 100% of your client data. Redistributing or reselling the kit files, or running a booking service for other businesses on top of them, is not covered — each business needs its own license.
